Exercise Tusken Raider

by PLT_OFF_Beverley on Oct.05, 2011, under News

Over the August Bank Holiday Weekend the Tactical Training Flight deployed on Exercise Tusken Raider – This was fieldcraft weekend with everyone (staff included) sleeping under a basha (think of a tent but with no sides). The cadets had a day of lessons followed by a day of exercises putting everything they learned into practice.

Here are some of the photos from the weekend.

Goodwood Revival 2011

by FGOFF_Barfoot on Sep.28, 2011, under News

This year Cadets from 424 had the privilege of attending Goodwood Revival for the third year running.

During the weekend they had to look after, maintain and work closely with the Historic Aircraft, they also got a chance to experience the weekend first hand..so it wasn’t all about working!

The cadets would like to thank Sqn Ldr A Jones MBE co-creator of the Solent Sky Museum for his kind gesture for enabling us to help out at such a great event.
